At Peak Body we focus on Function, Fitness and Results.  First we’ll get to know you - we’ll assess your posture, your eating habits, how your metabolism is working and we’ll explore all of the other factors influencing your health.

Then we’ll prescribe a tailored approach that will ensure you can reach your peak and perform optimally all the time. If your body is not moving properly, or you are suffering pain or injury it can be very hard to achieve fitness - our experienced and educated trainers can help you get back to functioning at your peak.

There’s nothing typical about Tony Merrick’s training or teaching. You can be face down in beach sand one minute doing push ups, and working out with kettlebettles and car tyres the next – there’s never a dull moment, so you naturally achieve more and in a fun environment.

Tony is a genuinely passionate educator of others and his knowledge spans functional movement, what to eat and not eat, and most importantly how to think positively about what you can achieve. I have always taken very good care of my body - I’ve long been a runner and an eater of good foods, but when you get exposed to the Tony Merrick way of training and in particular, his holistic thinking, your whole approach to life will be enhanced for the better.
